Tyler Pfursich graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology. Coach Pfursich joined Colleyville Heritage High School in 2024 as a Health teacher. He is married to his wife Mykyla, with a young son, Walker.
Paul Ruiz -Assistant Coach

Paul Ruiz graduated from Tarleton State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science, and then obtained his Master of Education from Hardin-Simmons University in 2007. Coach Ruiz joined Colleyville Heritage High School as a Math teacher. Before CHHS, he coached at McMurry University (2007-2010), Bryan High School (2010-2021), and Harker Heights HS (2021-2025). Coach Ruiz has a daughter, Sara, and enjoys the Harley Life, traveling, and playing darts.
